Our Matadora sparring gloves are a nice upgrade from our former sparring gloves. These gloves will feel nicely balanced like our training gloves, yet with considerably thicker padding. These are definitely not the clunky 16 ounce sparring gloves you’ve used before. It’s going to feel like you have an extra edge over your opponent with these.
The Matadora 16s are available with either a thick velcro strap or long laces to give that extra level of support and stability for sparring contests.
Our Matadora head gear is comfortable and adjusts in the back with dual velcro straps. The interior is a soft, sweat-wicking fabric that resists slipping. Available with or without cheek guard and chin pad for added stability and protection.
