We currently only accept orders and payment through our website by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Discover) and PayPal.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Any item in new, unused condition may be returned for a full refund or credit within 20 days of purchase. There is no restocking fee, but return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
If your product has defects in materials and/or faulty workmanship - any problem that is not the effect of normal usage or wear - you may return it within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund or credit. Please contact us and include any pertinent information and, if possible, photos of the problem.
ANY RETURNS AND/OR REFUNDS WILL BE AT OUR DISCRETION SO PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST.
All orders are fulfilled from our east coast US headquarters. Orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority or International Priority.
In the US, please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery, depending upon your location. Outside US, please allow 10 - 14 business days. We currently do not offer Express Shipping, but you may contact us to try to make arrangements.
Shipping and handling for US and Puerto Rico is $5 flat rate (for US orders over $50 use the code FREESHIP50 for free shipping). Shipping and handling for Canadian orders is US $25 flat. Orders shipping to Mexico are US $35 and outside of North America shipping is $45.
Some countries may charge additional customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are able to ship to most US APO/FPO/DPO military bases for free. Please contact us to make arrangements.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read or in any way compromised over the Internet.
Machina is committed to protecting the integrity of your personal information. The credit card information that is required to complete your order is strictly confidential. We will never sell, transfer or release this information and promise that it will never be used for anything other than processing your order or for future returns on that order. We do not keep your credit card information on file.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
When you sign up for our email mailing list you may receive regular promotional emails. Your information will not be used for any other purpose or shared with any other persons or entity. Your information is kept secure on a third party server.
When you place an order online we use collected shipping and billing information in order to process and track your order and communicate with you through email and occasionally by phone or mail.
Club, gym and studio owners (or appropriate persons of authority) can apply for a 20% discount coupon code by filling out our simple form. Once we approve your application we will send you a code which can be applied to any order in our online store (minimum order of $50). You can use the discount for yourself and share with your students. The discount has no expiration and can be reused as often as you like.
